Yesterday we wrapped the inaugural Women Leaders Programme in Tāmaki Makaurau. We had THE best time at Click Studios with Staples VR, Ngahere Communities & Media Design School looking at the experience of work – yes technology but also leadership; development; collaboration; culture; innovation and connection.
All rounded out with a great conversation from HE Laura Clarke OBE; Kathryn Marshall; Louisa Kraitzick & Nick Sautner sharing their personal reflections and insights.
Thanks to all our hosts yesterday for the discussions and challenging us to think about:
– Social Enterprise
– Unleashing the creative capital of South and West Auckland
– The prosperity challenge we are facing
– Seeing the person first all the time
– The importance of story telling
My personal quote of the day: ‘Women are leading the charge, challenge and change’
Over the past 4 months we have met and visited incredible people solving global challenges right here in Aotearoa, and I couldn’t be more proud or inspired. Thank you to all the Wāhine Toa who have made our journey so remarkable! Special thanks also to Auckland Unlimited for bringing together the perfect day for us.
